Context and Objectives of the Conference
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become an essential field of research and application, influencing nearly every aspect of modern society. Recent advances in machine learning algorithms, speech recognition, computer vision, and other technologies have propelled AI to the forefront of technological innovation. In Algeria, as elsewhere, it is crucial to bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and students to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and explore the opportunities offered by AI.
In this context, Frères Mentouri Constantine 1 University, the Vice-Rectorate of Post-Graduation and Scientific Research, in collaboration with the House of Artificial Intelligence and the LSIACIO, are organizing the first national conference on artificial intelligence and its applications. This initiative aims to promote research and innovation in artificial intelligence while facilitating collaboration between universities, industries, and government agencies. The conference seeks to accelerate the adoption of AI by raising awareness among businesses and policymakers about the benefits and potential applications of AI in various sectors, explore practical applications of AI in fields such as healthcare, agriculture, industry, finance, and education, and develop participants' skills through practical workshops and training sessions.
This national conference will be a unique opportunity to bring together researchers, specialists, and industry professionals working in the field of artificial intelligence to share their experiences and knowledge. It will cover, without being limited to, the following areas of research:

- Computer Vision
- Robots and Autonomous Systems

Papers Submission Deadline: November 07, 2024 -- November 14, 2024
Notification of Acceptance: November 20, 2024
Camera-ready papers Submission: November 25, 2024
Conference Date: December 03 and 04, 2024
Authors guidelines
- The paper's content must be original and pertinent to one of the conference's topics.
- Authors should adhere to Springer's guidelines and utilize the provided templates for paper preparation, which are available in both LaTeX and Word formats.
- Only PDF files will be accepted.
- Participants of NCAIA2024 are invited to submit detailed abstracts for presentation at the conference. These abstracts must be written in English and should be a minimum of three pages. They should include the following: the title, author names and their affiliations and emails, an abstract, keywords, an introduction, the main results, a conclusion, and references.

- All papers must be submitted through the online submission system at: Submission system
- An automatic confirmation email will be sent to authors for each successful submission.
- Accepted papers will be published in the NCAIA2024 Proceedings, with publication details to be announced soon.
- To have their paper included in the conference proceedings, at least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
Registration Fees
The participation fees payable on-site are set as follows:
- Authors : 2,000 DA
- PhD students: 1,000 DA
- Industrial and Professional: 2,000 DA
- Posters: reserved for PhD and Master's students (no participation fee).
These fees cover conference materials, coffee breaks, and meals.

Constantine
Constantine is the city of the bridges, it was built on a rock of more than 600 meters of altitude, surrounded by deep ravines, crossed by Rhimel, all this gave to the city his power of citadel. Constantine city is the capital of eastern Algeria and the centre of its region. Slightly inland, it is about 80 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast, on the banks of Rhimel river. It is the third largest city in the country after Algiers and Oran. There are museums and important historical sites around the city (one of the most beautiful ones is the Palais du Bey, in the casbah).
