Authors Guidelines

The paper's content must be original and pertinent to one of the conference's topics.

• Authors should adhere to Springer's guidelines and utilize the provided templates for paper preparation, which are available in both LaTeX and Word formats.
• Only PDF files will be accepted..
• Participants of NCAIA2025 are invited to submit detailed abstracts for presentation at the conference. These abstracts must be written in English and should be a minimum of three pages. They should include the following: the title, author names and their affiliations and emails, an abstract, keywords, an introduction, the main results, a conclusion, and references.

• All papers must be submitted through the online submission system at:submission system
  The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
• An automatic confirmation email will be sent to authors for each successful submission.
• Accepted papers will be published in the NCAIA2025 Proceedings, with publication details to be announced soon.
• To have their paper included in the conference proceedings, at least one author must register and present the paper at the conference.
