AUTHORS GUIDELINES

Submissions may fall into one of the following categories:
Regular Papers (maximum 8 pages), presenting completed and validated research work.
Short Papers (maximum 4 pages), describing the Ph.D. research plan and its progress, including the paper title, author’s name, problem statement, motivations, and current results.
All submissions must be original and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals.
Papers must be written in English and formatted according to the
IEEE Template guidelines,
and submitted electronically in PDF format via the online at:
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
All accepted papers must be presented at the conference; otherwise, they will not be indexed or archived on the ICAITC 2026 conference website. Accepted papers will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting its scope and quality standards.
